The Benson Building is being constructed using an advanced modular method. By fabricating the 70 modules off-site in a controlled environment, we are able to achieve a faster construction timeline, minimize disruption to the neighborhood, and ensure superior quality and precision throughout the building process.

The main challenge of modular construction is the on-site logistics. Delivering 70 large, prefabricated modules to a potentially narrow street like 28th Avenue in Brooklyn and hoisting them into place with a crane can be a major and disruptive undertaking.

This modern interior design is a study in bright, open living and understated elegance.
